Where your data goes

Cloud AI is optional. With your consent, it can send selected audio, text, or context to your chosen provider, including live microphone audio for supported features. Optional iCloud sync shares transcript and memo data across your devices when enabled.

What devices does Wisply support?
Wisply supports Mac, iPhone, and iPad with macOS 26, iOS 26, or iPadOS 26 or later. The Apple Watch companion requires watchOS 26 or later and a paired iPhone. Supported local AI features also need compatible hardware and Apple Intelligence enabled. Check the App Store for device compatibility.
What does Wisply cost?
The App Store and the app show current plans, included features, and purchase terms. Prices and availability can vary by region and device. If you connect your own cloud AI provider account, its usage charges are separate.
Can I record both sides of a call?
On Mac, Wisply can record your microphone and system audio together after you grant the required permissions. Capture availability can depend on the app you are recording. Get any consent required before recording a conversation.
How accurate are transcripts and speaker labels?
Audio quality, background noise, and overlapping voices can affect the result. Review transcripts, speaker labels, and AI-generated notes before relying on them, especially for names, numbers, and decisions.
